Something big appeared in the water some distance from us, just gulls left when we got there. Think it was a whale.

Many dolphins near the boat.
Chanonry Lighthouse. Many people who want to see the dolphins with the binoculars, though we see them quite close and under the boat.
Good to see the Swedish flag again.
24 hours later we arrive in Clachnaharry, which begins Caledonia canal (town called Inverness)
Info and maps we got in the office where the channel fee is paid.
Inverness is a very nice town, many fine old buildings and very clean with lots of flowers everywhere.
Should be fun to continue in the canal as soon as the locks open tomorrow.
Caledonian Canal is the sister canal to the Göta canal which was also constructed by Thomas Telford.
